Andrew Drummond (he/him)
Andrew has over 15 years of dedicated leadership within the accessibility field, and built a strong track record in championing accessibility, particularly in the field of information technology.
Certified as an accessibility professional by the International Association of Accessibility Professionals, he has served as an expert witness in legal and administrative proceedings and authored the State of Maryland’s inaugural comprehensive digital accessibility policy, announced by the Governor in January 2024. He shares his expertise on international platforms, addressing conferences, participating in televised panel discussions within the technology industry, and serving as an adjunct professor focused on digital accessibility at local universities.

Ben Pintos-Oliver (he/him)
Ben has had 25 years of experience across advertising, product design, and consulting to focus on accessibility—not as a nice-to-have, but as a strategic lever for growth, brand trust, and most importantly, as a way to make a real difference in people’s lives. It’s about giving people back their independence, their ability to participate, to belong, and to thrive in a world that too often overlooks their needs.
For the past 6 years at Telstra, Ben has led one of the most ambitious enterprise accessibility programs in Australia, helping to reshape accessibility from a niche ‘guild topic’ taught in people’s ‘magic time’, into a funded, enterprise-wide program, supported by one of the largest dedicated accessibility teams in the country.

Greg Alchin (he/him)
Greg Alchin is an inclusive design and accessibility specialist with over 30 years’ experience across education, community, commercial and government contexts. Greg is currently the Principal Accessibility Specialist at Service NSW, where he drives agency culture and capacity to be inclusive by design and accessible by default. His work also sees him collaborate on state and national initiatives such as the workplace adjustment passport and the Australian Network on Disability Procurement Taskforce.
Outside of Service NSW, Greg’s expertise has been sought by the Australian Human Rights Commission, the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), and the United Nations World Food Program. Underpinning his rich professional experience is Greg’s own lived experience with a visual disability, his industry recognition by both Apple and Microsoft as an accessibility specialist and post graduate studies in accessibility. All of this enables Greg to speak with authenticity.

Amanda Mace (she/her)
Amanda is a Subject Matter Expert in Digital Accessibility with more than 10 years of experience in the industry. She manages the Australasia office for GrackleDocs while growing and promoting the brand across the region. She also manages the audit team which is responsible for manual WCAG audits for our clients. Amanda is the only Australian-based W3C evangelist and a W3C Australian Chapter manager.
When it comes to accessibility, she believes that innovation with accessibility built into it provides security, independence, and privacy for people with disabilities and ultimately better, more usable digital products for all. She has spent her career advocating that it is everyone’s job to do their bit to remove barriers so all people can have equal access and equal opportunity to the digital world. Using her expertise in WCAG and PDF/UA to educate and help others understand digital access as well as how to go above and beyond standards, to ensuring great user experiences.
She is certified by the Australian Computer Society (ACS) as a Certified Professional. Having begun her accessibility career as a WCAG auditor/tester, she worked her way up in that small business through to management. Throughout her career, She has had many opportunities to contribute to educating others about digital accessibility including, co-authoring a book chapter for the textbook, “Web Accessibility A Foundation for Research,” as well as a white paper entitled, “Digital Accessibility: Perceptions, Expectations and Reality.”
