Madeleine Rothberg is the Director of Research and Development for the WGBH National Center for Accessible Media.

The aim of the FAQ session is to record and provide advice in direct response to participants' issues. The FAQ will be documented on the OZeWAI website and available for all to use in the future.

Matthew Magain will introduce the work of the Web Standards Group, and provide information on the resources available to web designers, and how you can be involved.
Priscilla Brice-Weller will talk about the challenges faced when moving a large organisation to web standards, based on a real case study (Oxfam Australia).
